year 1968 form 5 graduates of SMJK Chio Min, Kulim, Kedah had a meeting at WAKO Restaurant, City Bayview Penang. Those who turned up are : Soo Hong, Wei Cheng, Swee Lam and wife su zheng, xiu Hua, ye mei, pan jin, ya mei, yu zhu, hui zheng (The Monitor),and finally yan song and wife li qing also turn up. Couldnt believe mr wong har also came to grace the ocassion! He is now 66 ! Sad thing is to hear news that zheng xiuli has passed away. She was the one who suggested this gatherng. Cho tan is now under treatment of breast cancer. sad too.
Overall was a happy meeting. Soo Hong settled the bill. weicheng, soohong and I went for another round of eating at Batu Lanchang Market Hawker Centre. We had the same dish, i.e. Char Koay Teow, Chee Cheong Fun and Curry Mee. We kongsi the food like those days in Chio Min canteen. Soo Hong and I had dinner at Goh Teow Kee restaurant. Soo Hong `s flight was delayed to 11.50 pm from 10.00pm. Air Asia always capable to give this surprise.
