Last week Noh Omar (Deputy Minister of Education)proposed no more suspension and expulsion for naughty students!
Responded in Guangming Daily. What a rubish he is talking about.
Today he urged parents to see the school principal before going to the press to condemn the schools. Parents should be made responsible over their children `s mischievous behavior. Stern action should be taken against those offenders and parents. That is all.
